The dining room at Blyde Lodge is located in the main building and is the place where our guests are served their breakfast and dinner. It has it's own fireplace to make sure you are warm and comfortable on cold winter nights. This is your host Bertha’s domain, where she prepares the most amazing, traditional South African meals which are a legend in the region and have amazed locals as well as guests ever since Bertha & Pierre took ownership of Blyde Lodge. Therefore the decision to offer accommodation including dinner, and breakfast to our guests made perfect sense.

The Pub at Blyde Lodge is located in the main building and is the place where our guests can gather and socialize while your host Pierre will keep you spellbound for hours on end with his amazing stories. Additional recreation facilities include a pool table, playing cards and board games. The pub is open from mid morning till way after dinner.

On site we also have a pool , where one can lounge around . Other on site facilities include, safe undercover parking.
