The Blyde River Canyon is one of the most spectacular views in South Africa and its cliffs rise between 600m-800m from the river bed. This is the third largest canyon system in the world.

Bourke's Luck Potholes
This amazing natural feature marks the beginning of the Blyderiver Canyon. Through countless centuries the swirling whirlpools which are formed as the Treur River falls into the Blyde River, causing waterborne sand and rock to grind cylindrical potholes into the bedrock of the river.

The Three Rondawels
At the Three Rondavels viewpoint is an unforgettable view of three huge rock spirals rising out of the far wall of the Blyde River Canyon.

Water Falls
In the area you would find the Forest, Lisbon, Berlin, Graskop, Mac Mac, Maria Shreider falls and in Sabie the Lone Creek, Bridalvale, Horse Shoe and Sabie Falls.
